1. The short version
24U runs its AI models directly in your browser using WebLLM. The content you paste, upload, or dictate for generation never leaves your device and is never sent to our servers. We only process the minimum data required to run your account and billing.
2. What we collect
Account data: your email address and authentication identifiers (via Supabase). Billing data: handled by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details. Usage counters: a free-trial counter stored in your browser's localStorage. Optional affiliate data: your referral code and aggregate click/conversion counts if you join the affiliate program.
3. What we never collect
The text, articles, URLs, audio, images, or reviews you submit for generation or analysis. These are processed entirely on your device. We have no copy of them.
4. Third-party processors
Supabase (authentication and account storage), Stripe (payments), and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data only as needed to deliver the service and under their own GDPR-compliant terms.
5. Your rights (GDPR)
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data at any time. Email support@24-u.app and we will respond within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your stored email and billing references.
6. Cookies & local storage
We use essential cookies for authentication only — no advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Free-trial usage is stored in your browser's localStorage and never transmitted.
